England - Yorkshire Dales to Lake District

We stopped in the village of Bainbridge for a better look. The River Bain Hydro company has been generating green electricity for around 20 homes since 2011 with its Archimedes screw on the outskirts of the village. This has saved them substantial carbon emissions as well as money.
